Overview
Maria supports clients and attorneys with a wide range of immigration matters at Fredrikson & Byron, working on both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa processes.
Maria has been with Fredrikson & Byron since 2023 and supports attorneys in the Immigration Group. Her work includes assisting with immigrant and nonimmigrant processes such as PERM, Adjustment of Status (AOS), H‑1B petitions—including H‑1Bs for union teachers—TN and E‑3 applications, and I‑140 immigrant petitions.
Maria contributes to case preparation, strategy execution, and ongoing case management across multiple visa categories. She collaborates closely with attorneys and clients to help move cases efficiently through each stage of the immigration process.
Maria is bilingual and fluent in Spanish, and she provides interpretation and translation support on an as‑needed basis to assist clients throughout their immigration matters.
