Maria helps immigration attorneys with a wide-range of employment-based immigration cases, specializing in employer-sponsored petitions such as EB-1B’s and O-1 visas. She enjoys finding solutions for clients with efficient and friendly service and has fluency in Spanish.

Maria supports attorneys with a wide range of employment-based immigration cases. She works in case strategy and management with relevant immigration law. Maria’s strengths include being detail oriented and punctual. She holds interest in Pro bono work, specifically in housing and asylum cases, and hopes to use her fluency in Spanish to help translate documents or conversations as needed.

Prior to joining Fredrikson’s immigration department, Maria interned at the St. Paul Fredrikson office dealing with governmental affairs, where she gained a thorough understanding of the legislative process by tracking legislation from conception to passage and provided value to firm clients by monitoring and taking detailed notes on legislative proceedings that impact their industries. Maria is extremely excited to represent Fredrikson and deepen her knowledge in Immigration Law.
