Rob brings an experienced, hands-on approach to complex commercial real estate transactions and development projects across a broad spectrum of today’s sophisticated deal space.
Driven by a keen understanding of his clients’ goals and a sharp focus on the quality work product and effective collaboration necessary to get deals closed and shovels in the ground, Rob provides strategic, end-to-end transactional representation to businesses, developers, institutions and funds in support of their real estate and land use objectives, including commercial development, investment and financing, acquisition and disposition, leasing, operation and management.

Experience
- Advised public-private partnership company in facilitation of tax-exempt bond financing and redevelopment of more than a dozen dormitory and student housing facilities at a large public university.
- Advised municipal client in the development and state bond-financing of innovative shoreline improvement project.
- Advised developer in syndicated financing, acquisition, and build-to-suit development of shopping center outlot for luxury retail and restaurant use.
- Served as outside counsel to developer and youth sports association in the development, construction, and financing of new hockey arena and related amenities on school district property.
