Sam’s transactional experience includes mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in diverse industry fields including information technology, consumer products and services, manufacturing and life sciences. Sam has particular expertise in U.S. company due diligence on behalf of OUS acquirors, ESG due diligence, platform company rebranding, government contract novation and pre- and post-acquisition contractor licensing.
