As the District of Minnesota prepared for the resumption of in-person jury trials in May, the Court put in place a variety of practices and procedures to ensure the health and safety of the jurors, the parties and the Court. On May 4, 2021, the FBA Minnesota White Collar Crime Section hosted a virtual discussion with Chief Judge John R. Tunheim regarding those procedures and policies and the Court’s plan for conducting safe jury trials as we continue to deal with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

This event was sponsored and hosted by Fredrikson's White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group and the FBA Minnesota White Collar Crime Section Co-Chairs Joseph H. Thompson and Amanda M. Mills.
