Fredrikson shareholder Christopher D. Pham has been named to the TCB 100 People to Know in 2026 list by Twin Cities Business. The TCB 100 is an essential guide to people in and around Minnesota business who are likely to make news and drive change in the year ahead. Pham was recognized at a December 3 award celebration and is featured in the December/January 2026 issue of the magazine.

Recognized nationwide for his expertise in the rapidly evolving area of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL), Pham has negotiated and reviewed more than 100 NIL deals on behalf of collegiate athletes, collectives and brands. He frequently speaks on NIL and sports law developments and serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he teaches in the Sports & NIL Clinic and coaches the Sports Law Moot Court Competition.

“Chris is at the forefront of the evolving sports and entertainment law sector,” said Anthony Mendoza, who co-chairs Fredrikson’s Sports & Entertainment Group with Pham. “He has achieved that position due to his pioneering work founding the University of Minnesota NIL Clinic, and his diligent representation of clients, helping them navigate opportunities and challenges to achieve their professional goals.”

Pham is also deeply engaged in the community. He is committed to pro bono service, mentoring law students and serving on local boards and community organizations. In 2017, he founded Elevate, a lifestyle and community-building brand that brings people together through intentional networking, sports, music and fashion.
