Fredrikson & Byron attorney Christopher D. Pham was named a Top 100 Under 50 Emerging Leader by Diversity MBA, a national leadership organization integrating diversity and inclusion with talent management. The list recognizes professionals from various industries who exhibit outstanding leadership in their workplace and community. Honorees will be recognized at Diversity MBA’s 13th Annual Elite Business Leaders Conference & Awards Gala on September 10, 2019.

Pham represents clients in complex cases involving securities and financial fraud, shareholder derivative and class actions, special litigation committee investigations, merger and acquisition litigation, investor-broker firm disputes, contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and SEC, FINRA and state regulatory proceedings. In addition, as a co-chair of the Sports & Entertainment Practice Group, Pham works with clients to manage the opportunities and challenges that have vast legal implications relating to both personal and business matters.
Pham is also involved in several pro bono initiatives and is a volunteer attorney for YouthLink, Hennepin County Housing Court Project and Children’s Law Center of Minnesota. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and formerly served on the Board of Directors for Twin Cities Diversity in Practice. At Fredrikson & Byron, he’s a member of the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee. Pham has also spoken about diversity at multiple events in the Twin Cities.
