Attorney J. Marc Ward Named Chair of Broadlawns Medical Center Board of Trustees

Fredrikson shareholder J. Marc Ward has been elected Chair of the Board of Trustees of Broadlawns Medical Center to serve a one-year term through January 2022. In his role, Ward will direct the board and leadership team in pursuit of its corporate vision and strategic goals. Ward is currently serving a six-year term as elected by the voters of Polk County in 2016.

Ward is a shareholder in Fredrikson’s Bank & Finance Group. He has extensive experience in working on banking, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Ward chaired the committee that wrote the original LLC law in 1992 and chaired the committee that wrote the new Iowa LLC law in 2009.
