Fredrikson shareholder Aubrey J. Zuger has been named a Fellow with the International Society of Barristers.

Membership to the Society is by invitation only and includes a “rigorous screening process that considers the lawyer’s ability, experience, accomplishments and ethical standards as assessed by trial lawyers and judges.” New Fellows are elected by the Society's Board of Governors.

The Society exists to preserve trial by jury, the adversary system and an independent judiciary. It brings together the best of the trial bar in a setting devoid of partisan interests. Fellows are committed to the highest of ethical standards and to civility in all their personal and professional relationships. While members come primarily from the United States, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, international membership spans Australia, Canada, England, Scotland and Ireland.

Zuger represents clients in a wide range of complex business matters. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, employment disputes, securities litigation, construction claims, shareholder disputes, business torts and real estate litigation. Zuger assists employers in a variety of employment-related disputes, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. She has represented clients in disputes, including in arbitration, over collective bargaining agreements.
