Attorney Zachary W. Froelich is rejoining Fredrikson in its Business & Tax Planning Group. He brings 12 years of experience handling complex domestic and international tax matters to the firm.

Known for having a practical, business‑focused perspective, Froelich can translate sophisticated tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance. He advises clients on the tax aspects of strategic transactions, including entity structuring, financing arrangements and post‑acquisition integrations.

Froelich first joined Fredrikson in 2014. Since then, he has gained varied experience working in large law firms and for multinational companies.
