Attorneys Jared P. Bock and Rachel J. Lubben have joined Fredrikson as associates in the Iowa office. Bock has joined the firm’s Renewable Energy, Energy Litigation, and Energy & Natural Resources groups while Lubben has joined the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate, and Corporate Governance groups. 

Bock represents clients in disputes regarding public utilities, renewable energy and transmission infrastructure. He has a strong foundation in legal affairs with experience conducting research and providing legal support. Bock uses this experience to help clients secure permits, resolve disputes and navigate dynamic regulatory schemes.

Lubben helps clients navigate complex business transactions with clarity and confidence. She leverages her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees to offer both legal counsel and strategic business insight. She has experience drafting agreements, forming new entities and navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory issues.
