For the twelfth consecutive year, Fredrikson received national recognition for being a workplace that smashes the metaphorical glass ceiling for female attorneys advancing in U.S. law firms. Law360 has released its annual Women in Law Report and Fredrikson leads the way toward parity in more ways than one.
Women make up 36.2% of Fredrikson’s shareholders, earning the firm the second-place national ranking for equity partnership representation among firms with 251-600 attorneys, according to the 2025 Law360 Pulse Women in Law Report’s Ceiling Smashers list. Fredrikson also ranks tenth in the report’s Representation in the Ranks list, ranking the overall representation of female attorneys in the firm. Fredrikson is the top-ranked Minnesota-headquartered firm on both lists.
“Fredrikson has always been fully committed to providing a culture where we all have the opportunity to build a strong, meaningful legal career,” said Melodie Rose, Fredrikson president. “We are proud to consistently achieve national recognition for creating an inclusive workplace.”
