Fredrikson shareholder Krista A. P. Hatcher was selected as a 2026 Women in Business honoree by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The award honors influential women in the Twin Cities who are recognized for their professional achievements, leadership qualities and contributions to the region.

“Krista is a highly knowledgeable employment attorney and a thoughtful leader,” Fredrikson president Melodie R. Rose said. “She is widely respected across the firm for her sharp legal and business acumen, as well as for her commitment to mentoring young attorneys and creating opportunities for their professional development.”

Currently co-chair of Fredrikson’s Employment, Labor & Benefits Group, Hatcher has extensive experience that makes her a go-to source for clients and colleagues alike. In addition to her more than 12 years as a private practice attorney at Fredrikson, Hatcher also spent five years as in-house counsel at a large healthcare organization. The different roles have given her a unique and valuable perspective on employment law and leadership.

Hatcher also serves on the Three Rivers Park District Foundation’s Board of Directors and engages in pro bono service for a variety of local nonprofit organizations.

The 2026 Women in Business honorees will be featured in the May 15 edition and at a luncheon the same day.
