Fredrikson shareholder Mark Vyvyan has been selected by the Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA) to receive the 2025 Excellence Award. Vyvyan will be recognized for improving access to justice & pro bono. He will be awarded on Wednesday, November 5, during the HCBA Excellence Awards Presentation at the Past Presidents' Luncheon and profiled in Hennepin Lawyer magazine.
Vyvyan is a litigator, known for winning important cases for his clients in areas like commercial landlord-tenant disputes, complex foreclosures, construction disputes, oil and gas litigation, and significant boundary and easement disputes.
Vyvyan believes in the importance of giving back to the community and is active in providing pro bono representation to under-resourced clients. Vyvyan is well-known for his hard work, responsiveness and expertise in achieving great results for his clients.
