Molly Leisen Appointed to Women’s Environmental Network of Minnesota’s Board of Directors

Fredrikson attorney Molly Leisen has been appointed to the Women’s Environmental Network (WEN) of Minnesota’s board of directors. WEN is a collective of volunteers who are passionate about fostering professional networks for women and underrepresented genders working in the environmental sector, or those simply passionate about stewardship and conservation of our natural resources.

Leisen assists clients with management of environmental due diligence, allocation of environmental liabilities and obligations, and drafting of environmental provisions in mergers and acquisitions and real property transactions. She is experienced at reviewing, researching and analyzing complex legal and regulatory requirements to provide clients with legal advice regarding environmental regulatory and compliance matters.
