Attorney James C. Praley, III, has joined Fredrikson's Real Estate & Construction Group as a senior associate in the Minneapolis office. Praley helps clients address a full range of traditional and advanced real estate transactions including leases, purchases, sales, financing and other real estate matters.
Praley routinely advises developers, business owners and individuals and provides support to his clients throughout all phases of real estate transactions including the acquisition of land, construction and development. He also works closely with landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases for retail, mixed use and office space.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Praley worked at a boutique law firm in Maryland where he maintained an active transactional real estate practice and worked closely with the firm’s wholly owned title company.
