Aaron provides thorough, strategic general counsel to clients at all stages of mergers and acquisitions.

Aaron represents private equity funds, venture funds, and their portfolio companies, as well as other strategic or financial buyers and sellers in platform, add-on, and tuck-in acquisitions; divestitures and sales; and other clients in all manner of corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.

Aaron’s transactional expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in diverse industry fields including technology and software, food services, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and health-care adjacent enterprises. Aaron’s experience allows him to drive key aspects of his clients’ transactions such as negotiation of asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, drafting and negotiation of contracts and transaction documents, financing and entity formation and due diligence. In his practice, Aaron counsels his clients on how to most efficiently achieve their goals. He delivers for his clients through an emphasis on understanding not just business, but their business, and his focus on practical, timely and cost-effective service and solutions.
