Overview
Abdi is an associate in Fredrikson’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups.
Abdi advises both public and private companies across a broad range of industries on mergers, divestitures, platform and add-on acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters. He is dedicated to understanding each client’s risk tolerance and business goals to effectively achieve the optimal balance between speed and certainty that is essential for a successful transaction.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Abdi held a position at a major technology company where he managed a portfolio of enterprise accounts. In that role, he developed a strong proficiency in complex project management and strategic problem-solving.
