Ashley is a Spanish-speaking attorney who focuses on employment- and family-based immigration matters.

Ashley works with multi-national corporations, small businesses, investors, health care facilities, physicians, and individuals to understand and meet their global mobility goals. She has extensive experience preparing petitions based on extraordinary ability, outstanding research, national interest, specialty occupations, intracompany transfers, foreign investment. She has successfully secured temporary status, lawful permanent residence, and citizenship for clients and provided guidance to employers on I‑9 preparation and immigration compliance. Ashley has assisted clients in a wide variety of industries including health care, medical device manufacturing, biomedical research, materials science, nanotechnology, green energy, software development, music, art, and film. Ashley also assists individuals and families with waivers of inadmissibility, family unification, and deferred action.
