Overview
Brody focuses his practice on business litigation, where he assists clients with complex disputes across a range of industries.
Brody has a strong foundation in legal research, writing and analysis. He has experience on litigation matters involving construction, contract disputes, class actions, employment law, civil rights and personal injury. Brody uses the skills and knowledge gained from his experiences to serve clients across various industries in litigation matters.
Before joining Fredrikson, Brody served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C.J. Williams, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa, where he drafted orders on various civil motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss, and supported trial proceedings.
