Overview
Chris helps corporate clients and foreign nationals with non-immigrant and immigrant employment-based petitions.
Chris produces immigration forms, letters and supporting documentation for immigrant employment-based and non-immigrant visa petitions and applications, including I-129, I-140, J-1 Waiver, National Interest Waiver, Physician National Interest Waiver, and Q-1 cases. He works with clients to obtain the necessary documentation for filing visa petitions and applications with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Chris specializes in writing-intensive immigration cases as one of the senior members of the immigration department’s technical writing team.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Chris was an award-winning journalist and editor in the newspaper and magazine industries.
