Claudia is a Spanish-speaking immigration paralegal, dedicated to supporting all immigration matters.

Claudia helps clients apply for both temporary work authorization, permanent residence and naturalization in the United States. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex immigration system.

Claudia assists attorneys in the preparation and filing of these petitions as well as motions, pleadings, and other correspondences (e.g., Request for Evidence) with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of State - U.S. Embassies/Consulates, National Visa Center, and Immigration Court/Office of the Chief Counsel-Fort Snelling. On the employment-based side of immigration, Claudia assists employers with temporary workers in the H‑2B non-agricultural visa categories. She facilitates consular processing abroad for individuals. Claudia also assists employers with the Q nonimmigrant classification for participants of international cultural exchange.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Claudia worked three years providing assistance in the preparation and filing of family-based immigration applications (Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing with and without waivers) and various other case types (DACA, U visa, VAWA, Naturalization, Cancellation of Removal and Asylum).
