Erin is a member of Fredrikson’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, representing clients in disputes and litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets.

Leveraging her prior experience with transactional law and employment & labor, Erin brings a holistic business approach to all of her clients.

Erin received her Juris Doctor degree with highest honors from Drake University Law School. While at Drake Law, Erin served as Research Editor for the Drake Law Review, represented business clients in the Entrepreneurial and Transactional Clinic, and externed for Chief Justice Susan Christensen at the Iowa Supreme Court during her third year of law school.
