Overview

Erna supports clients and attorneys in a diverse range of immigration matters, both immigrant and nonimmigrant employment matters, as well as family-based petitions.

Erna has prior paralegal experience working with clients on family reunification, naturalization, asylum and removal defense. Additionally, she has prior experience supporting survivors of domestic violence at legal advocacy groups based in the Twin Cities. At Hamline University, her studies focused on social justice and legal advocacy.

Erna brings a personable client‑focused approach, strong legal research and writing skills, and a commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes.
