Iva Petrova

Iva assists clients in disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets as a member of Fredrikson's Intellectual Property Litigation Group.

She represents clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters, bringing a pragmatic, strategic and client-focused approach to every case. Before joining Fredrikson, Iva attended the University of Wisconsin Law School. There, she represented clients through the Immigrant Justice Clinic, served on the Moot Court Board and the Wisconsin International Law Journal, and interned for the Honorable Judge William M. Conley of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. She leverages the advocacy, research and analytical skills developed through these experiences to provide thoughtful counsel and effective representation tailored to her clients' needs.

Iva is licensed to practice in Wisconsin; her Minnesota license is pending.
