Jesse is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups at Fredrikson.
Jesse navigates complex legal issues in a variety of corporate transactions to deliver quality results. He strives to anticipate ways to keep deals on track while adapting to the everchanging business needs of clients.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Jesse was a transactional associate at a global law firm in Washington, DC. Jesse is licensed to practice in New York. His Minnesota license is pending.
