Overview
Jesse is a senior associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups at Fredrikson.
Jesse represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other privately held businesses in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments and other corporate transactions. He advises buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process, including due diligence, negotiation and closing, with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Jesse was a transactional associate at a global law firm in Washington, DC. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota, New York, and the District of Columbia.
