Jesse is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups at Fredrikson.
Jesse advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and strategic investments. He focuses on providing practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to clients’ evolving needs.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Jesse was a transactional associate at a global law firm in Washington, DC. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota, New York, and the District of Columbia.
