Overview
Jessica focuses her practice on energy law and environmental matters, representing clients in regulatory proceedings and litigation.
Jessica assists clients through complex regulatory and permitting processes before regulators such as the Wisconsin Public Service Commission, as well as with post-permit litigation. She has experience permitting generation facilities including wind, solar, thermal and battery systems.
Jessica has also assisted clients with land use matters, including title review, drafting property agreements and representation in property-related disputes.
