Jocie assists businesses of all types with business combinations, divestitures, acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Jocie’s experience includes legal research, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance and complex document management. She takes a practical, client-centered approach, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop tailored solutions that support their business goals.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Jocie worked in the health insurance industry, where she focused on contract analysis, compliance-related initiatives and project management. In that role, she managed projects involving stringent regulatory requirements and time-sensitive deadlines, honing her ability to navigate complex legal and operational challenges while delivering efficient, detail-oriented results. Her experience in highly regulated environments provides valuable insight when assisting clients with transactional and compliance-related matters.
