Jordan assists clients with employment-related compliance and litigation matters, offering strategic guidance and representation across a wide range of workplace issues.

He represents clients through all stages of workplace disputes, from pre-litigation strategy to resolution in court or administrative proceedings, and has successfully advised employers on navigating employee terminations, allegations of discrimination, and other business and liability risks.

Jordan also helps clients to proactively manage employment issues before they escalate to litigation and provides practical counsel on employment law strategy to mitigate risk and minimize liability.

Before joining Fredrikson, Jordan served clients in the University of Minnesota’s employment law clinic where he litigated state-level unemployment insurance claims and revised employment policies for a non-profit employer. He was also a managing editor on the Minnesota law review, where he wrote on modern trends in courts’ Title VII interpretations.
