Keith represents several major public companies as well as numerous venture-stage and medium-sized private companies.

Keith is a leading corporate merger, acquisitions and finance lawyer. Well versed in international business, Keith has been involved in major deals in national and international markets including Europe, Mexico and South Africa. He also has extensive experience advising banks and financial institutions. Keith is Chairman Emeritus of Fredrikson. He is on the boards of several corporations and has served as general counsel of several trade organizations.
