Overview
Lacey works primarily in the area of estate planning, including work with various family-owned entities.
Lacey works closely with the Trusts & Estates attorneys to draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives and related documents based on each client’s particular wishes.
In addition to drafting documents, Lacey also serves as a point of contact between the client and their attorney, ensuring that any questions or concerns they may have are promptly answered.
