Overview
Maddie’s practice focuses on helping clients through mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters.
Maddie works with clients to advance their strategic and business objectives, providing support throughout the mergers and acquisitions process. Maddie’s prior experience includes researching case law, drafting litigation correspondence and other documents, communicating with clients, auditing, and preparing newsletters, articles, seminar materials and website posts.
During law school, Maddie interned with the Office of the Attorney General in Ireland, where she researched Irish constitutional, habeas corpus and prison case law, prepared memoranda summarizing judicial opinions, met with advisory counsel and observed Irish High Court and Supreme Court hearings.
