Mary combines technical GIS knowledge with experience in regulatory compliance, records management, quality assurance and process improvement. She brings investigative research capabilities and deep subject knowledge in real estate documentation to her work supporting land and energy matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mary served at the local government level, where she led regional GIS and real estate data operations. Her extensive experience encompasses chain-of-title research, legal description interpretation and parcel boundary resolution, working closely alongside attorneys, surveyors and engineers to resolve complex property record discrepancies. She has also maintained complex spatial and property databases, mapping parcel boundaries, validating right-of-way, drainage and boundary data, and coordinating projects with government stakeholders.
