McKenzie is an associate in Fredrikson’s Corporate and Finance & Securities groups helping clients navigate legal issues across the business life cycle.
She assists with business and transactional matters, including corporate governance, commercial agreements and aspects of banking and finance. She focuses on building strong working relationships and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work. McKenzie applies her research, writing and analytical skills to support transactional matters and deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
