Overview
Megan is an associate at Fredrikson who assists clients in finding effective, high-quality solutions for a variety of complex and general litigation matters.
Megan utilizes a diverse skillset to represent clients in commercial contract disputes, private equity litigation, and appellate matters in federal and state courts across the country. She has advanced research skills along with experience drafting, reviewing, and editing documents submitted in court. Megan also has experience coordinating the discovery process and with taking and defending depositions.
A dedicated volunteer, Megan was recently recognized as a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association for her pro bono work. She regularly volunteers with the VLN Housing Court Project and VLN LGBTQ Clinic.
Prior to joining Fredrikson, Megan graduated from the University of St. Thomas Law School and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret Chutich at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
