Overview
Rachel is a litigator who represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial and regulatory disputes in federal, state and administrative courts.
Rachel’s practice focuses on healthcare litigation, insurance coverage litigation, commercial leasing disputes and other complex civil disputes. She has represented health care providers in matters such as whistleblower cases, contract disputes, litigation with state regulatory agencies and government investigations. Rachel has also represented businesses in insurance-coverage and indemnity suits, handled a number of commercial landlord-tenant disputes and litigated many contract and business tort cases. Her adaptability and resourcefulness allow her to develop winning litigation strategies and to deliver practical and tailored legal advice at every stage of her clients’ cases
