Rebecca supports attorneys with years of experience navigating strategic business counsel and intellectual property.
Rebecca focuses on business transaction due diligence projects from the intellectual property, technology and data perspective, and assists attorneys in intellectual property rights protection and administration, clearance search and analysis, trademark prosecution and maintenance.
For more than 45 years, she has assisted attorneys with copyright, trademark, IP infringement litigation and enforcement matters. Her extensive legal experience includes over 30 years focused on intellectual property matters as well as 15 years supporting commercial and workers’ compensation litigation. Rebecca has worked with attorneys and in-house clients nationwide in all aspects of trademark, copyright, domain name, advertising review, enforcement, infringement litigation, due diligence and compliance matters. Her past work as an in-house trademark paralegal for a large public company gives her valuable insight into client perspectives and business needs. Combined with her background in both litigation and corporate matters, she brings a well-rounded understanding of intellectual property disputes and transactional issues.
