He regularly performs detailed freedom-to-operate analysis, helping clients navigate potential infringement risks during product development and identify practical paths forward.
Ryan advises clients on a broad spectrum of patent matters with technical experience spanning a wide range of industries and innovations. He has worked extensively with medical devices, optics and photonics, automotive and vehicular systems, consumer products, thermodynamics, software, and mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
