Overview
Sam is an immigration paralegal who assists attorneys and clients in complex immigration matters.
Sam brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach to his work. He holds a B.A. in political science and quantitative economics from St. Olaf College.
Before joining Fredrikson, Sam worked directly with individuals in asylum proceedings across multiple ICE detention centers in New Mexico. He also contributed to post-conviction relief work for wrongfully incarcerated Mexican nationals through the Notre Dame Exoneration Justice Clinic, supporting case intake and performing legal research.
