Taylor offers comprehensive trust and estate work focusing on efficient planning, execution and financial optimization.
Taylor practices with the Trust & Estates Group in the Fargo office. She has experience conducting legal research, compiling bench briefs, appellate review and document organization. Tayor uses this experience to preemptively anticipate a client’s needs and adequately assist them in constructing an estate plan. She prioritizes creating an estate plan that encompasses a client’s goals both for their current financial planning and the legacy they want to leave behind. Even in intricate situations, Taylor aims to work with clients to create a transparent plan that is effective in implementing a client’s goals both for their beneficiaries and philanthropically. She enjoys getting to know clients and their families on a personal level and continuing to assist them throughout their life.
