Attorney Taylor Schmidt has joined Fredrikson’s Trusts & Estates Group in the Fargo office.

Schmidt offers comprehensive trust and estate work focusing on efficient planning, execution and financial optimization.

She has experience conducting legal research, compiling bench briefs, appellate review and document organization. Schmidt uses this experience to preemptively anticipate a client’s needs and adequately assist them in constructing an estate plan. She prioritizes creating an estate plan that encompasses a client’s goals both for their current financial planning and the legacy they want to leave behind. Even in intricate situations, Schmidt aims to work with clients to create a transparent plan that is effective in implementing a client’s goals both for their beneficiaries and philanthropically. She enjoys getting to know clients and their families on a personal level and continuing to assist them throughout their life.
