Overview

Travis’ practice focuses on representing buyers, sellers and institutional investors in private and public mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and public offerings.

Travis also acts as outside general counsel to numerous clients across a broad range of industries, including health care, skilled nursing and assisted living care, manufacturing, technology and retail. He advises clients on corporate governance, venture debt and credit facilities, technology licensing and other strategic matters.
