Overview

Will is a practical tax and business attorney who partners with clients to solve complex legal problems.

Will works with family-owned and closely-held businesses to resolve federal, state and local tax issues. Will also advises clients on general corporate and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Fredrikson, Will served as judicial intern to the Honorable David J. Novak in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Will earned his law degree from William & Mary, where he received the John Donaldson Tax Award and Gambrel Professionalism Award.
