Overview

On June 10, our Health Law Webinar addressed the sudden explosion of Medicare and Medicaid terminations and suspensions triggered by mistakes that previously would have been considered minor ministerial errors on routine forms, meriting a correction rather than a penalty. We covered some of the problems we are seeing and offered tips on how to lower risk and navigate issues with regulators when they arise.
