Overview
In January’s Health Law Webinar, we will cover a host of medical staff topics with advice geared toward in-house counsel and medical staff advisors. We will discuss must-have medical staff bylaws language, credentialing pitfalls, how to maintain peer review protection and tips for handling medical staff disputes and formal hearings. We will also cover recent case law developments in the medical staff area.
