Recruiting and retaining top talent in today’s healthcare climate can be challenging, but immigration strategies can provide employers with a competitive advantage in filling these essential worker positions. This webinar will provide an overview of immigration recruitment and retention strategies for international physicians from J-1 waivers to H-1B or O-1 status through permanent residence (PERM or Physician National Interest Waiver).
Immigration options for physicians in academic settings will also be covered, from O-1 to NIW and EB-1 permanent residence. The webinar will additionally address immigration pathways for nurses, medical technologists, PAs and other allied health professionals.
