Attorney Austin A. Eggl has joined Fredrikson’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts groups in the Fargo office.

Eggl provides strategic legal guidance tailored to the operational goals of businesses and investors. He counsels clients on corporate structuring, financing strategies and long-term planning initiatives. Eggl also works on mergers & acquisitions, guiding clients from the early stages of the deal through closing. He strives to understand clients’ businesses as much as possible to offer practical insight that fits with their goals and industry context.

Prior to joining the firm, Eggl served as the term law clerk for Hon. Shon Hastings, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of North Dakota for two years. He gained valuable exposure to all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including corporate cases under Chapter 11 and small business cases under Subchapter V. Eggl utilizes this experience to help businesses tackle financial difficulties, whether through bankruptcy or out-of-court workouts.
