Energy Attorney Shaadie Ali Joins Fredrikson

Attorney Shaadie M. Ali has joined Fredrikson's Energy & Natural Resources Group in the firm's Minneapolis office.

Ali combines experience in law, policy, engineering and nonprofit governance to support clients in energy and related regulatory matters. He is part of a team advising utilities, transmission companies and independent power producers on routing, siting, permitting and other regulatory matters before federal, state and local agencies. Ali also assists in trial and appellate litigation. His background includes drafting bench memoranda, opinions, motions, appellate briefs and settlement agreements; conducting legal research and compliance monitoring; and developing litigation and settlement strategies.
