Energy Attorney Shantal Pai Joins Fredrikson

Attorney Shantal Pai has joined Fredrikson in its Energy Litigation, Energy Regulation & Permitting and Litigation groups. Pai leverages her experience working for state and federal judges to represent energy clients on regulatory and litigation matters.

Pai is an associate in Fredrikson’s Energy Group. She is part of a team advising utilities, transmission companies and independent power producers on routing, siting, permitting and other regulatory matters before federal, state and local agencies. Pai also assists in trial and appellate litigation before state and federal courts.

Before law school, Pai worked as a plant biologist in large research laboratories. Her experience includes benchtop research, agricultural field research and statistical analysis.
