Overview
Shantal leverages her experience working for state and federal judges to represent energy clients on regulatory and litigation matters.
Shantal is an associate in Fredrikson’s Energy Group. She is part of a team advising utilities, transmission companies and independent power producers on routing, siting, permitting and other regulatory matters before federal, state and local agencies. Shantal also assists in trial and appellate litigation before state and federal courts.
Before law school, Shantal worked as a plant biologist in large research laboratories. Her experience includes benchtop research, agricultural field research and statistical analysis.
