Fredrikson shareholders have recently elected Alethea M. Huyser and reelected Lisa M. Agrimonti and John S. Parzych to serve on The Fredrikson & Byron Foundation board of directors. They join current Foundation board members Emily S. Pontius and Benjamin R. Tozer.

The Fredrikson & Byron Foundation is committed to supporting and improving the communities where its members live and work. The Foundation, funded entirely by shareholders or officers of Fredrikson, prioritizes grants which provide financial assistance to legal services and pro bono organizations that support individuals and groups who cannot afford to pay for essential legal services. In 2022, the Foundation made contributions to more than 120 charitable organizations located primarily in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and Wisconsin.

Huyser is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, who assists clients facing various legal challenges, including government enforcement actions, constitutional litigation, fraud and other business tort claims and regulatory challenges. She works closely with clients to develop and execute a legal strategy that serves their business objectives, especially in complex, high-stakes and contentious cases.
